Eel, Avacado, Deep Fried Soft Shell Crab Sushi Roll
INDULGED. The first entrement that arrived on the table with its elegance and beauty. Colourfully layered. I like the firmness of rice roll, crisp of the fried soft shell and the softness, yet smoothness of thinly sliced avocado. Enriched with “unagi” eel. Perfect entree.
Yet another cleverly constructed with the use of yam. I like the saltiness infused with miniture dried pan fried anchovies. Done in one bite, just the perfection I liked. A warm and delicious bite.
Tiger Prawn and Eryngi Mushroom Saute Topped with Japaneese Gravy Soba Sauce
Freshness is a must, The tiger prawn was perfectly pan-fried and Eryngi mushroom too was delisious sautee more over laced with Japanese gravy soba sauce. Simple yet filled with temptation.
Foie Gras Steak in Cod Fish Teriyaki
Seafood, freshness came with the cod done carefully with cod fish over triyaki sauce. Surprised. It had infused with Foie Gras. I just love having to bite into it. Just the perfect texture.
Tatsu’s Volcanic Stone Grilled Wagyu Beef
Simplicity was showcased here with just having the Wagyu Beef grilled perfectly till slightly caramelised and I had mine medium rare. An interesting showcase having my wagyu beef done by myself!
Grilled Foie Gras with Mini Rice
I just got crazy with the caramelisation of the grill foie gras, hinted sweetness and went well with the rice. Perfect.
Mixed Dry Fruit Tempura served with Chocolate and Redbean Fondue
Something unique with their desert a melted warm chocolate with infused red bean paste, dipped over tempura fruit. Lovely and so likeable. . . . . That night was just perfect, dining here a TASTU will be such a pleasureable thing to do. Love it to bits, Sidney Kan
